WEHCO Video, Inc., and its operating affiliates Cam-Tel Company; Vicksburg Video, Inc.; Resort Television Cable Company, Inc.; Hope Community T.V., Inc.; Prescott Video, Inc.; Longview Cable Television Company, Inc.; Kilgore Video, Inc.; Pine Bluff Cable Television, Inc.; East Arkansas Video, Inc.; White County Video, Inc.; Tahlequah Cable Television Co., Inc.; and Bald Knob Video, Inc. (together, “WEHCO Video”) is able to provide its customers the ability to view and pay their monthly statements online through the company’s website.
The terms and conditions below apply to all transactions, including credit card, debit card and draft, conducted through our online bill payment system. In addition to these terms and conditions, the WEHCO Video Privacy Policy also applies to your use of any WEHCO Video cable company website. The most up-to-date version of all of our policies can be found at www.yourcableinfo.com. By clicking “I Accept,” you accepted these terms and conditions.
WEHCO Video may amend these terms and conditions at any time and will ask you to confirm your acceptance of the changes by asking you to reaccept the Terms and Conditions upon logging onto the payment website.
By entering your credit card or banking information:
- You are stating that you are an authorized user of the credit card or bank account and that the associated information entered, including account holder name, account number, billing address, etc.) is accurate.
- You authorize WEHCO Video to charge the amount you have requested to your credit card or bank account.
- If setting up automatic payments, you authorize WEHCO Video to charge the amount due for the invoice being paid to your credit card or bank account.
- If a charge is declined or reversed by the financial institution, credit card issuer or network, you acknowledge that the transaction will be reversed and a service charge will be added to your account to reimburse the company for all reasonable costs of collection. Your bank or credit card issuer may also assess its own charge for such transactions.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you also agree to provide us, and keep current, a valid email address. If any electronic communication is returned to us as undeliverable, you agree that we may, but are not required to, deliver future communication to you in paper form to the most recent mailing address you have provided for your account.
Once an online payment has been accepted, you will receive a one-time confirmation of the payment electronically at the email address you have provided to us.
If you set up automatic payments, you will receive a one-time confirmation of each payment electronically at the email address you have provided to us.
If you have selected a paperless billing option, then the following additional terms apply:
- You understand and agree that WEHCO Video may provide you will all electronic communications exclusively online.
- At your request, we will provide you with paper copies of communications that we provide you electronically.
- If you do not receive a billing statement electronically due to an invalid email address, you acknowledge that your invoice will still be due and that you may be assessed late fees or subject to disconnect if a payment is not received by the due date.
- You may elect to discontinue the paperless billing option at any time by completing one of the following steps:
- 1) Electronically by accessing your billing account and selecting “View My Bill” and turning the paperless billing option “Off.”
